Refunds

Refunds will be provided where a payment has been made in error. This includes accounts that have been overpaid.

If a refund is applicable it shall include the value of the item/s including GST, service fee, credit card surcharge and postage and handling fee if applicable.

Refunds will be finalised within 30 days of the request for the refund. Refunds are not available for change of mind.

All refunds will be released at the discretion of Boroondara City Council.
